Shop streaming - or live shopping - refers to shopping via live streams. It allows customers to “walk" through a store, explore and buy, ask real-time questions, and even interact with other people in the store as if they were really there. It is a way to give customers a unique experience and also offers other benefits; more customer data, more intensive customer relationships, more conversion and fewer returns. It is the ideal mix of entertainment and e-commerce. This case has been nominated for the DIA Award 2022.
