Handpicked agencies IN10 and GRRR are continuing as Norday, a strategic design and innovation firm (B-Corp) with 68 employees based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The name Norday refers to the strategic North Star and tangible solutions that are already making an impact today. The renewed agency focuses on human-centered innovation, a proposition that is more relevant than ever and deeply embedded in the DNA of both original firms.
In 2021, IN10 became part of Handpicked, driven by a shared ambition to offer more strategic and integrated services to clients facing complex transformational challenges. In 2023, GRRR joined this ambition. With clear synergies and a strong alignment between IN10 and GRRR, the idea to merge and combine their strengths naturally emerged. With a shared focus, strategy, and approach, the agencies aim to drive even more positive change.
Management team and clients
The new management team of Norday includes Rebecca Stadman (MD), Rolf Coppens (Creative), Marlies de Gooijer (Strategy), Geoffrey Jansen (Business), and Wade de Wit (Operations). Their combined portfolio features award-winning projects for clients such as The Ocean Cleanup, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, healthcare organizations Cordaan and Thebe, Anne Frank Stichting, the Dutch Government, NPO, several ministries, and the municipalities of Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
